Job Description

We are hiring Software Implementers to support the deployment, training, and onboarding of clients across our suite of software products. The ideal candidates will work closely with our technical team and customers to ensure smooth implementation, configuration, and adoption of our solutions.

You will act as the bridge between the development team and end users — delivering hands-on training, gathering user feedback, and supporting rollout plans. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a good understanding of software systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  2. 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or client onboarding
  3. Strong understanding of enterprise software systems (POS, ERP, CRM, etc.)
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical configurations
  6. Familiarity with databases, APIs, and basic troubleshooting
  7. Fluency in English and Amharic preferred; additional languages are a plus
  8. Willingness to travel to client sites for training and support


Documentation & Feedback

Document implementation steps, FAQs, and gather client feedback for continuous product improvement

Software Deployment

Install, configure, and deploy software products on client environments (cloud or on-premise).

Requirement Gathering

Work with clients to understand workflows and assist the product team in refining features.

Technical Support

Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Client Training & Onboarding

Deliver user training sessions, create manuals, and assist clients during initial adoption.
